We found this little restaurant by accident. It was really great. Food hot and fresh and friendly service. Food is delicious. We go there every time we go to Covington.
Staff was friendly, though the blacked out windows is odd. There was always someone coming in so this place is a local hang out. Which means it has to be good. Plenty of parking.
New to the area, been here a few times for take out and dined in. Everything has been very good every time. Excellent steak, great portions, and the Hershey bar cake is FANTASTIC!!!
If you leave here hungry you have a problem. Large portions for a good price. Everything I have had from here has been good from the salads to the sandwiches.
Stopped in for lunch while passing through on I-64. Quick and easy to get to. Lots of parking for RV's. They are Clean, The food was good.
I ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Meaning it should come with cheese..it did not. The tomatoes were paper thin so you couldn't taste them and it was mainly a mustard and mayonaise sandwich. Come on tranis you can do better than that!
I have been eating at Trani’s for a while now and it’s not a bad place at all but I do have a few complaints. Whenever I order pasta they hardly put any noodles in it. I’m not complaining about the amount of meat I get but I wish they’d add more noodles as well to balance it out. It was a lot of sauce and meat but hardly any pasta in my meal today. Also they need to update some of their prices online because when I went to pay for a sandwich today it was $3 more in person than it was online. I get that it’s sometimes hard to keep up with but it’s important to stay on top of things. I had a good experience overall. These are just a few things to improve.
Service needs Improvement. As I walked in, the servant was chatting with other customers and saw me walking in, but did not bother to even say hi. I waited around 5 minutes like a looser, on till someone finally walked up to the register and asked how may I help you. The stake was good, but side dishes needs Improvement. When it came to pay, I had to get up and stand next to the register again like a beggar, on till they finally gave me the check but of course he didn't get off the phone in order to do so. They seem to be very nice people, but definitely need to go through customer service training.
